Naked Skin Care, owned and operated by Nicole Kiilerich, is doing everything we can to protect our clients, community, and staff. We are following the Center of Disease Control (CDC) and local health department guidelines with regard to social distancing practices and sanitation in order to reduce the spread of novel coronavirus, or COVID-19.

We are appointment-only at this time and ask clients to please wait outside until we are ready to have you in the shop. Please be patient with us if we are running late for your appointment. We have extra sanitizing and disinfecting procedures in place between each client. All tools, stations and equipment are being sanitized and/or disinfected. Staff are following proper and frequent hand-washing protocols. To limit the chances of exposure, only the person receiving the service will be allowed into the salon.

Naked Skin Care requires all individuals to utilize approved masks—either surgical masks or improvised masks such as scarves, bandannas, and handkerchiefs—to reduce the risk of exposure to clients and staff. It is also required of everyone to either wash or sanitize their hands upon arrival and after using the restroom, sneezing, or coughing. If you arrive without a mask, we can provide one for you for a small fee of $2.00 per mask.

I confirm that I am not currently positive for COVID-19 nor am waiting for the results of a laboratory test for the virus.
I verify that I have not returned to California from any country outside of the U.S.—whether by car, air, bus, or train—in the past 14 days.
I verify that I have not been identified as a contact of someone who has tested positive for the novel coronavirus or been asked to self-isolate by the Sonoma County Department of Health or any other government agency.
I confirm that I am not presenting with any of the following symptoms of COVID-19 identified by the CDC:
o Fever greater than 100°F, chills or body aches
o Cough or sore throat
o Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing
o Flu-like or allergy symptoms, including runny nose
o Loss of smell or taste

I understand that for the safety of everyone, my temperature may be checked before services are administered.
I will immediately notify Naked Skin Care if I contract the virus within two weeks following my visit.
I understand that Naked Skin Care will do everything possible to minimize the spread of COVID-19 but will not hold them responsible should I contract the COVID-19.

I agree that I am at the salon at my own risk, releasing Naked Skin Care from any liability related to COVID-19. Failure to comply with these written instructions or verbal instructions from staff may result in your removal from the premises.

If you feel like you may be sick, please we ask you to reschedule your appointment!
